Encore une recette de brioche. Je l'ai trouvée sur le net mais je ne sais plus où...</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em><u>ingrédients:</u></em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>180g de lait</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>100g de beurre coupé en morceaux</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>2 oeufs battus</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>80g de sucre</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>500g de farine</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>1 sachet de levure boulanger</em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em><u>Préparation:</u></em></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><em>Mettre tous les ingrédients dans l'ordre dans la MAP et lancer le programme pâte. Puis mettre dans des petits moules ou faire des petits tas sur une plaque. Faire gonfler la pâte environ 1 heure. Puis faire cuire dans un four préchauffé à 180° durant 20mn.
